Log in and name your sub-account correctly
Where to click: Top-left dropdown → click your account name → Settings → Business Info
Fill in:
• Business Name: LuxeTravel Concierge
• Email: your best email
• Phone: your mobile number (GHL uses this for SMS)
• Timezone: Australia/Brisbane (or your local timezone)
→ Click Save
This timezone setting controls when your automated emails send. Getting it right now saves you from emailing people at 3am later.

Set up your sending email address

This is the "From" name and email your leads will see. Make it feel personal — not generic.

Where to click: Settings → Email Services → Sending Domain
• From Name: Marissa | LuxeTravel Concierge
• From Email: marissa@luxetravelconcierge.co (or your real domain email)
• Reply-to: same as above
→ If you don't have a domain email yet, use a Gmail for now and upgrade later.
Don't use a generic @gmail or @yahoo as your from address long-term — it hurts deliverability. Get a domain email (Google Workspace is $7/mo) once you're making commissions.

Create your two core Contact Tags

Tags are how GHL knows who's who. You need two tags right now — you'll add more later.

Where to click: Settings → Tags → click + Add Tag
Create these two:
1. luxetravel-lead — added when someone opts in
2. vip-buyer — added when someone buys (you'll add this manually for now)
→ Click Save after each one

Create your Pipeline (your visual deal tracker)

A Pipeline is like a visual board showing where every lead is in your sales process. This one is designed specifically for your funnel:

Where to click: Left menu → Opportunities → Pipelines+ Add Pipeline
Name it: LuxeTravel VIP Funnel
Add these stages in order:
Stage Name Colour What it means
New Lead Yellow Just opted in, PDF sent, Day 1 email sent
In Sequence Blue Active in 14-day drip, opening emails
Warm — Clicked Purple Clicked affiliate link at least once
Hot — Replied Pink Replied to an email or booked a call

Every time a lead moves between stages, you know exactly what to say to them. A "Warm — Clicked" lead gets a different follow-up than a "New Lead." This pipeline makes you look like a professional CRM operator — because you are one now.

BUILD YOUR OPT-IN FORM

Create a new GHL Form
Where to click: Left menu → Sites → Forms+ New Form
• Choose Blank Form
• Form Name: LuxeTravel CPA Playbook Opt-In
→ Click Create

Add these fields (drag from the left panel):

First Name (required)
Email (required)

Style the submit button
Click on the Submit button → in the right panel:

• Button Color: #C9A84C (your brand gold)

Set the form redirect after submission
In the form editor → click Options / Settings tab →
• On Submit: Redirect to URL
• URL: paste your Clicksites Thank You Page URL here
(This sends leads to Page 2 after they opt in)

Get your form embed code for URLFam / Clicksites
Click Integrate (or Embed) at the top → copy the iFrame embed code
It looks like: <iframe src="https://..."></iframe>
→ Paste this code into URLFam's HTML element, or into your Clicksites Page 1 in place of the current form
URLFam users: In URLFam's page editor, add an HTML / Embed element and paste the iFrame code there. Your GHL form will appear directly inside your URLFam page — leads go straight into your CRM.

Left menu → Automation → Workflows+ New Workflow
→ Choose Start from Scratch
