How entry_source Works

When any button on the portal is clicked, index_v3.html sets an entry_source value in sessionStorage before showing the GHL form. When the form is submitted, postAuthRedirect() fires the GHL webhook and includes entry_source as a field. GHL receives this field, maps it to a Custom Field on the contact record, and your workflow reads it with an If/Else branch to route them correctly.

This means you keep one GHL form, one webhook, one workflow — but each subscriber gets the right email experience for why they registered.
